    ALL Of These Foods Make You Gain Weight!Carbs, sugary foods, foods high in salt/sodium, AND alcohol (yes I know alcohol technically isn’t a food)Let me explain what I mean though…All of these foods can make you gain WEIGHT, but I didn’t say they make you gain FAT.Here’s the key difference… ALL of the things I just listed can cause the body to retain water.So if you consume a higher than average amount of any those on any given day, your weight on the scale might go up the next day.But that weight gain (in most cases) is just due to the fact that you’re body is holding onto more water… NOT because you actually gained any fat.This is really important to remember… NONE of the things that I listed cause fat gain.
