Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough ball, (16 ounces)
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 6 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese, about 1½ cups
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 2 ounces sliced pepperoni
  • 1 cup marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375˚F

  • Spread the pizza dough into a large thin rectangle about 12 inches long and 8-9 inches wide. Spread the olive oil from edge to edge over the dough. Sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.

  • Cover the crust with mozzarella cheese, then sprinkle the parmesan over the mozzarella. Lay the pepperoni slices evenly over the cheese.

  • Start at one side and tightly roll the crust up into a log. Press the edges of the dough together to seal the log. Then use a serrated knife to cut it into twelve 1 inch slices.

  • Lay each roll flat on a baking sheet with about 2 inches in between each one. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the centers are cooked through.
